  1. Are passes transferable/shareable? No, Social Media Week Toronto tickets and passes are not transferable or shareable.


  1. When is the schedule available? Schedule announcements will begin in mid October. The majority of the schedule will be posted the week of October 20th on our web site: Please note the schedule is subject to change.


  1. Are there group rates? For groups of 6 or larger, please contact


  1. Are there any events you can attend if you don’t get an All-Access conference pass? Yes, there are some events open to the public. Stay tuned for upcoming announcements or sign up to our email list to receive conference updates:


  1. Are you still accepting board members? No, we are not actively seeking members at this time.


  1. Are you still accepting speaker applications? Speaker applications for 2017 are now closed. Follow us online for opportunities next year!


  1. Can I buy a one-day pass? We have two types of tickets available: “The All Access Pass” which offers unlimited access to the full conference including opening day at Glenn Gould Studio and 3+ full days of programming. Or “Single Day Pass” allows holders to attend our Opening Day Keynotes at Glenn Gould Studio. This pass is only valid on Monday, November 13th and does not provide guaranteed access to events outside of Glenn Gould Studio. You can register and review our pass options here:


  1. When can we expect to hear back about volunteering? We will be sending emails to those who submitted volunteer applications in late October / Early November.


  1. I contacted SMW Toronto – why have I not heard back? We are a very small team and Social Media Week is a large undertaking. Due to the large volume of emails and applications we receive, it takes us longer than usual to respond. We will get back to you as soon as possible and thank you for your patience.


  1. Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Our day 1 venue, The Glenn Gould studio, is wheelchair accessible with 5 wheelchair seats. For accessibility information about our additional venues, please contact us.
